Benefits:
E-Documents: Vantage CRM allows the production and transmission of electronic documents including invoices, credit notes and statements.  In addition as there is a full audit trail embedded in Vantage, a full history of E-document transmission is available on a per customer basis from the E-Docuemnts Tab within the customer contact window.  This reduces not only postage costs but also stationery and handling costs within the business. 

Multiple contacts:  Each customer can be established with numerous contacts allowing all individuals within the organisation to create and track the relationships which exist between you and your customers. 

Outlook integration:  As Vantage CRM integrates with Microsoft you can create outlook reminders directly within the CRM system for example to chase a payment, follow up on a conversation or email a quote.

VantageScan is an extension to VantageCRM that allows you record signed PODs once they are returned by your delivery personnel.   Once they have been scanned they are stored on your Office Network as PDF documents and cross-referenced to Vantage.   The images can be retrieved instantly using Vantage CRM.

Use Excel’s Function capability to deliver real-time business information from within the Vantage application directly to your desktop.

Designed by Excel users specifically for Vantage users, VantageLink offers organisations all the flexibility of Excel in immediately populating spreadsheets with data from Vantage.   It provides Excel with a data link into Vantage that is continually active.   When the data in Vantage changes it will be immediately updated in the worksheet without any manual intervention.   Change a Period No in the spreadsheet and watch the data being refreshed to reflect the changed period.

Provides a windows based drill-down capability for Sales Analysis, Customer and Stock details.
VantagePoint provides an MS Windows reporting system that enables the user to start at the top level and then drill down into the data to provide additional information.  There are 3 modules available:
• Sales Analysis
• Stock Enquiry
• Debtors Enquiry

The system can connect directly to the Vantage Data on the Alpha.  Alternatively the Vantage Data can be down-loaded to a database resident on the PC, so that the data can be queried when the user is off-site.
